The three blenders produced by this factory include 2 types of three blenders:

a) Dry material three blender

b) Dry and liquid material three blender

Description:

A) Dry material three blender: This three blender is of three types.

1- Bunker three blender

2- Tank three blender

3- Beater three blender

1) Bunker three blender: This type of three blender has a bunker tank inside which additives are installed for better mixing. Its appearance is like cement bunkers, with the difference that this blender is completely stainless steel. This three blender is special for powder materials.

2) Tank Tri-Blender: This type of Tri-Blender consists of a tank in the form of a horizontal half-cylinder, inside which a steel impeller is installed, and its mechanical case is installed in such a way that when it rotates, it mixes dry materials from the bottom to the top equally, and a valve is installed at the end for discharge. This type of Tri-Blender is special for powder materials.

3) Beating Tri-Blender: This type of Tri-Blender consists of two tanks in the form of one-way funnels that are connected to each other and when the materials rotate, they are mixed with each other by beating. This Tri-Blender is special for powder materials.

B) Dry and Liquid Tri-Blender: This type of Tri-Blender includes three types of Tri-Blender.

Description:

1) Single-motor tri-blender: It consists of a tray, a tank, and a motor and a stirrer at the end of the tank, which are connected to each other. One of the uses of this tri-blender is to mix milk and sugar to make ice cream syrup. This tri-blender is also used in fruit, beverages, and ice cream. It is also used in pharmaceutical and serum factories to mix distilled water and salt.

2) Dual-motor tri-blender: This type of tri-blender consists of a tray, a funnel, and a mixer, and a steel pump is located at the outlet of this mixer to transport the mixed materials.
One of the uses of this tri-blender is to mix milk, sugar and icing sugar to make ice cream syrup. This tri-blender is also used in distillery and rose water factories. It is also used in pharmaceutical and serum factories to mix distilled water and salt.

3) Double-motor, triple-walled tri-blender: This type of tri-blender includes a tray and a 200-liter steel tank with three walls. Inside the tank, there is a steel stirrer for mixing the ingredients. This tank can be connected to a steam boiler and, while mixing the ingredients together, it has the ability to cook the ingredients with steam heat. Inside this tank, there is a sensor to display the temperature inside the tank.
A stainless steel grid is installed at the outlet, and then the materials are transferred by a steel pump. One of the uses of this tri-blender is to mix milk and icing sugar to make ice cream syrup.
